Off-Campus Use of Property

  • The use of property purchased by West Virginia University, provided by a sponsor, donated, or otherwise accountable to the University may need to occur at a location other than the West Virginia University campus or a specified location recorded in the University’s space inventory database. Examples of a location that would be considered “off-campus” include the residence of an employee or a temporary work site. Regardless of the location, use of the property must still directly benefit West Virginia University or the sponsored project for which the property was acquired.
