Other Sponsored Activities (OSA) include activities that are neither research nor instructional, however funded by an external source (grant, contract, or cooperative agreement). Examples of such programs are health service projects, drug studies (human subjects) and community service programs.  In addition, space used to support WVU’s Extension Service public service functions should be coded as Other Sponsored Activities.
